Everything written above is absolutely true — I experienced the exact same issue with Unimeal. They withdrew ₺1,200 and ₺2,000 from my card, even though I only signed up for a 7-day plan worth $8 in total. I’ve been sending emails, but I keep getting automated responses, and no real support ever replies.
I want to know how we can permanently cancel or close Unimeal accounts and prevent further unauthorized charges. It’s unacceptable that this company can keep charging users without consent.
Something must be done so that others don’t experience the same problem. I request that the unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that Unimeal’s deceptive billing practices be investigated.
