On October 23, 2026, at 09:51:47 GMT+0, I created a withdrawal request for $614.00 USDT via TRC-20 to the destination wallet address starting with TBPD and ending with Aw29. A $2.00 processing fee was shown for this transaction, the payment method was USDT, and the amount to pay was displayed as $0.00. Despite this, the transaction status has remained stuck as “Pending” up to now. It has now been 4 days since I initiated this withdrawal, yet the funds have still not been transferred to my external wallet, and I have not received any clear information about the reason for the delay. This situation is causing me serious concern, as this is a significant amount for me and I trusted your platform for this transaction. My MetWallet ID is 2036395. I request that you urgently investigate this withdrawal, clearly explain why the transaction is still pending and why the amount to pay is shown as $0.00, and release my $614 USDT to my destination wallet as soon as possible.
