DramaCove Subscription Charges and Refund Request

My name is Graciela Martínez Bauti*** and I am filing a complaint about charges made to my account by DRAMACOVE IRVINE US without my authorization and despite my cancellation request. On October 18, 2026, I was charged 74.16 M.N., and on October 25, 2026, I was charged 375.02 M.N., for a total of 449.18 M.N. I do not remember having clearly authorized this subscription and I already attempted to cancel it before, yet the charges have continued. The transactions of October 18 and October 25, 2026 appear in my Banamex account as successful charges from DRAMACOVE IRVINE US. I request that this subscription be definitively canceled, that no further charges be made to my account, and that the total amount of 449.18 M.N. already charged be refunded, as these payments were made without my proper authorization and against my expressed wish to cancel.
