Unban With No Payment Fee

I am writing regarding an unjust ban on my Umingle web account. On September 12 at around 4:12 PM (Philippines time), I was suddenly banned while using the website, with the on-screen message stating that the reason was “Under 18.” I am older than 18 and had already provided my real age to Umingle before this ban. Despite this, my account was blocked, and the message now says I must pay 149 PHP to get unbanned instantly. I have not violated any rules and I did not do anything that would justify this action. I find it unacceptable that my account is banned under a false “Under 18” reason and that I am being asked to pay to remove a ban that appears to be a mistake. I request that you review my account, confirm my age, and remove this ban completely without any payment or additional fees. I also request that my access to all features of Umingle Web be restored as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation of why this ban occurred and written confirmation that the ban has been lifted without any charge.
