Remove Umingle Ban Without Payment

I am an active Umingle user on Android and via the website from the Philippines. On August 5, my account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “Under 18” and Ban ID 970ffc72, even though I am actually 20 years old. On the ban screen, I am offered an “Instant Unban” option for 149 PHP, but I find it unfair to be forced to pay to remove a ban that is based on an incorrect age assessment. I am over 18 and willing to verify my age with proper identification if required. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my real age of 20 years be taken into account, and the “under 18” ban be removed without any payment, so that I can continue to use my Umingle account normally.
