Umingle Age Ban Prevents Access Despite Being 21 Years Old

Since Sunday I have been unable to use the Umingle website because my account was banned with the explanation that I am “under 18.” This information is incorrect, as I am 21 years old. When I try to access my account, the site shows a “You are banned” screen with the reason “Under 18” and offers an “Instant Unban” option only if I pay 149 Philippine Pesos. I find it unfair that I am asked to pay to remove a ban that is based on false information about my age. I have not yet contacted Umingle support about this and am instead submitting this complaint directly. My ban ID shown on the screen is 8bbb3b8e. I request that my ban be removed without any payment so that I can use Umingle again as a normal user.
