Umingle Account Banned for Being Under 18 – Request Ban Removal

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has been banned with the reason shown as “Under 18.” I am already above 18 years old, so this age-related ban is unfair and incorrect for my situation. On the Umingle website, I see a screen that says “You are banned” and asks me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to “unban” my account. I find it unacceptable that I am required to make a payment just to remove a ban that is supposedly based on age, even though I am already over 18. I am using Umingle from the Philippines. I request that my account ban be reviewed and removed without any payment, since I meet the age requirement, and that any such “pay to unban” demand in my case be cancelled. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned as “Under 18” despite being above 18 years old. I kindly ask Umingle to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can continue to use my account without being forced to pay to remove an unjust ban.
