Appeal Banned Umingle Profile Without Paying

I have an account on Umingle and today my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Under 18”. I am already 18 years old, so this ban reason is incorrect. On the ban screen Umingle also shows an option to remove the ban by paying 149 Philippine Pesos. I find it unfair that I am blocked based on a wrong age assessment and then asked to pay money to access my account again. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible without any payment, since I am 18 and meet the age requirement.
