Unban My Umingle Account

I am writing about my Umingle mobile website account, which was banned a few minutes ago with the claim that I am under 18. I am 20 years old and I was using the service with a guest login, ID 194310ab. The site never asked me to verify my age or upload any ID before banning my access. Right now I cannot even take a screenshot of the ban message because the website does not allow screenshots, so I have no way within the platform to show that I am actually 20. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned and that the age restriction decision be reviewed, as I am not under 18. I also ask for information on how I can verify my age correctly so that this mistake does not happen again.
