Complaint To Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 Despite Being 20 Years Old

I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with the Umingle website regarding my account age verification. Recently, the Umingle website decided that I am under 18 and banned my account based on this, even though I am actually 20 years old and will soon be 21. Because of this incorrect age assessment, I am unable to use my account and access the service. I request that my account be unbanned and that my age information be reviewed and corrected accordingly so that I can continue to use Umingle without further issues.
