Request To Unban My Umingle Account

I am a 20‑year‑old user of Umingle and my account was recently banned on Friday, June 5th, on the grounds that I am allegedly under 18. This decision is clearly incorrect, as I am over the age of 18, and no proof or explanation has been provided to justify this ban. When I tried to access the Umingle website, a pop‑up appeared stating that I had been banned for being under 18 years old and that I needed to pay a sum to be unbanned. I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay money to lift a ban that is based on false information about my age and was imposed without any detailed reasoning or evidence. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any support channel. I request that my ban be removed immediately and that I be allowed to continue using the website as a regular user, without any payment requirement, since I am 20 years old and meet the age criteria for the platform.
