I have been using Umingle on the web platform, and my account was blocked three days ago. The ban details shown to me are “Ban ID: f4f74e90,” and the reason provided is “under 18.” However, I am 20 years old, and this reason is incorrect.
Since the ban, I have not been able to access my account, and I have also been unable to contact Umingle support through any available channel to resolve this issue. I am now stuck with what appears to be a permanent ban based on inaccurate information, with no clear way to appeal or correct it.
I request that my account be unbanned as soon as possible and that my age information be properly reviewed and updated. I expect my account access to be restored and a clear response explaining the correction of this mistake.
