After checking the reason shown for the block, I saw that the ban was applied because it was allegedly determined that I am under 18 years old. This information is incorrect, as I am actually 20 years old. On the platform there is no option or dedicated section that allows me to contact support directly, clarify this situation, or upload my documents, so at the moment I have no official way to request a review of this decision. I kindly ask Umingle to review the age information linked to Ban ID b5e94724 and to remove the ban from my account, as it appears to be based on an error. I am ready to provide any necessary proof of my age, provided that I am given a clear channel or instructions on how to send my documents.
