Unban My Umingle
My Umingle account linked to the email address geraldm***[email protected] has been suddenly banned with the stated reason “gender searching” even though I have never done anything related to this and have never asked anyone about their gender. When I opened Umingle last week, I was unexpectedly shown a “You are banned” message and could no longer access my account, without any prior warning, clear explanation, or chance to correct any supposed violation. I use Umingle from the Philippines and I am very disappointed to be penalized for something I did not do. On the ban screen I also see a Ban ID and an option to remove the ban instantly by paying 149 Philippine Pesos, which makes the situation feel even more unfair because I believe the ban itself is unjustified. I have not been able to find any clear way to contact your support team or submit an appeal, so I am expressing my concerns here. I kindly request that the ban on my account be removed without any payment and that my account be fully restored, as I strongly believe this decision was made in error. I also ask that my account and the related Ban ID be reviewed carefully so that this kind of unfair ban does not happen again, either to me or to other users who follow the rules.
