Umingle Instant Unban Fee After Unfair Gender Searching Ban

I am writing regarding a sudden and, in my view, unjust ban on my Umingle account. A short time ago, while I was simply using the app to search for people, I was logged out and shown a screen stating that I am banned with the reason “Gender Searching” and a Ban ID of 20a5c039. The same screen also shows that I need to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I do not believe I have violated your rules, and I was not given any prior warning, clear explanation, or evidence that my behavior was against your terms. I suspect that someone may have falsely reported me, and that this report might have caused an automatic or unfair ban. I have not contacted support before this; instead, I am first trying to clearly state my situation and ask for a fair review. I request that my ban be investigated and lifted without me having to make any payment, and that you provide a clear explanation of what exactly I supposedly did wrong based on your rules. If there has been an error in your automated system, moderation, or a false report against me, I kindly ask you to correct it and restore my normal access to Umingle.
