Umingle Gender Search Ban

I have been using the Umingle website and today I suddenly encountered a ban message stating “You are banned”, with a ban reason shown as “Gender Searching” and a Ban ID on the screen. Along with this, the site is asking me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos via Google Pay or card in order to lift the ban. I find it unfair that my account is completely banned without any prior warning, especially considering that many users do not wish to have conversations with the same gender and this can happen unintentionally during searches. Instead of directly banning the account and demanding payment for unbanning, I believe a clear warning or temporary restriction should be applied first so users can correct their behavior if needed. I request that this ban on my Umingle access be lifted without any payment requirement and that, going forward, a fairer system based on prior warnings be implemented instead of immediate permanent bans tied to a payment screen.
