Umingle “Gender Searching” Ban Repeated Without Cause – Unban Request

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned again on 14 August 2026 with the reason stated as “Gender Searching”. I did not engage in gender searching or any similar behavior that would justify this decision. On the ban screen, there is a Ban ID shown and an option to pay 149 Philippine Pesos for an “Instant Unban”. I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay to remove a ban that I believe is unjust, especially since this is not the first time I have been banned without having done what I am accused of. I request that my account be reviewed carefully, the ban be lifted as soon as possible, and that I be allowed to continue using Umingle without being forced to pay for an instant unban for an action I did not commit. I also ask that any record stating that I was banned for gender searching be corrected.
