Unban Me, Sorry For Not Knowing The Rules
My Umingle account with Ban ID ce671977 was banned on 26 August 2026 at around 1:33 a.m. GMT+7. On the screen it simply states that the reason is “Gender Searching”. I was not aware of any clear rule that forbids this, and I did not see any warning in advance that this behaviour could result in a permanent ban. In addition to the ban, the app is asking me to pay Rp39,900 for an “Instant Unban” by entering my credit card details, which I find unfair and worrying because it looks like I am being forced to pay to restore access to my account. I believe this ban and the payment request are not transparent and are not clearly based on a publicly stated rule. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that I receive a clear explanation of which rule I allegedly violated and where this rule is written in your terms or guidelines. If I unintentionally violated a rule, I apologise and I promise that I will not repeat this behaviour again.
