Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me For Gender Searching – Request Free Unban

I have been using the Umingle web service from Indonesia and my account was suddenly banned without any valid reason. When I try to log in, the site only shows “You are banned” together with a ban ID, a “Gender Searching” reason and an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay Rp39,900. I have never done the kind of actions they claim and I strongly believe this ban is unfair and incorrect. I did not receive any prior warning, clear explanation or proof about what rule I supposedly violated. Instead, Umingle is asking me to pay money to remove a ban that I do not deserve, which feels like an unjust and abusive practice. I request that my account be immediately unbanned without any payment, that the “Gender Searching” accusation and ban be removed from my record, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this happened so that similar unfair bans do not occur again.
