Unban For My Umingle Account

I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my Umingle account while using the Umingle website on desktop via my computer. My account was banned on July 18, 2026, and the ban screen shows the reason as “Gender Searching” and includes my Ban ID as e3644c28. On the ban screen I am also offered an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos. I believe this is unfair in my case because I was not always clicking “skip” on gender searching, and I do not think my usage violated the rules to a degree that would justify a permanent ban or a pay‑to‑unban requirement, especially for a free account. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement, and that the ban and the “Gender Searching” reason associated with Ban ID e3644c28 be reviewed and removed from my record. I would appreciate your support in restoring my access to the platform.
