Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Gender Search Feature – Request Free Ban Removal

I have been using Umingle and on 7 July 2026 I suddenly received a “You are banned” message in the app. The screen shows that I am banned from the “Gender Searching” feature, with Ban ID 3e44f8bb, and it offers an “Instant Unban” only if I pay ₹99. I do not accept being banned in this way without any clear explanation or proper review, and I find it especially unfair that my access is blocked unless I make an extra payment. I have not been contacted with any details about what I supposedly did wrong, and I have not previously reached out to your support because I expect this issue to be resolved fairly within the platform. I kindly request that you remove this ban on my gender searching feature without charging me any additional fee and allow me to continue using the service normally, or provide a clear and detailed explanation with evidence of any alleged violation if you insist on keeping the ban.
