(US) Complain For My Umingle Account

I am writing to report that my Umingle website account was banned unfairly and to request an urgent review of this decision. On 21 July 2026, when I tried to log into Umingle via the web platform, I was confronted with a screen stating that my account is banned for “gender searching.” On the same screen it shows “You are banned” “Ban ID: 7e4e4433,” “Reason: Gender Searching” and also mentions an “Instant Unban: Rp19,999.” I have never engaged in any intentional gender searching and I am not aware of any action on my side that would violate Umingle’s community guidelines or rules. I always communicate respectfully and try to use the platform in an appropriate and compliant way. I believe this ban may have been triggered by an automated system error or a misunderstanding arising from a completely normal chat conversation. Being suddenly banned without any concrete violation, warning or prior notice is highly frustrating and damaging to my user experience. I kindly request that the Umingle support team review my chat history and account logs in detail, together with the ban record under Ban ID: 7e4e4433, to verify that I did not breach the rules. I also ask that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the “gender searching” ban reason be removed from my record if no real violation is found. I expect a clear written explanation of why this ban was imposed and information on how such mistakes will be prevented in the future.
