Unban Me Please

I am writing because my account on umingle.com was suddenly banned on 12 September 2026 while I was accessing the site from my Android phone using the Chrome browser. The site now shows a “You are banned” message with a ban ID and states that the ban reason is “Gender Searching”. On the same screen, umingle.com offers an “Instant Unban” option in return for a payment of 149 Philippine Pesos. I do not find it fair or transparent that my account is blocked in this way and that I am being asked to pay to have the ban removed. I want my account to be unbanned without any payment, and I would like a clear explanation of why this ban was imposed in the first place. I kindly request that my ban be lifted free of charge and that my access to the platform be restored as soon as possible.
