Umingle "Gender Searching" Ban: Remove Payment Notice

I was using Umingle’s website for chat, dating and calls when my account was suddenly banned today around 11:00 am. The screen showed a “You are banned” message with the reason “Gender Searching” and then offered an “Instant Unban” option only if I paid ₱149. I do not accept being forced to pay money just to regain access to my account, especially for a ban reason that I was not clearly warned about before. I find this practice unfair and feel pressured to make a payment just to continue using the service. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that the ban and its reason be reviewed. I also expect a clear explanation about why this ban was applied in the first place and for Umingle to ensure users are not forced into such payments to restore access.
