Unban For Umingle

I am using your random video chat service from India and my account was suddenly banned due to an alleged age issue, even though I am over 18. While I was talking to a stranger on the platform and then tried to skip to the next person, a screen appeared saying “You are banned”, with the reason “Under 18” and a Ban ID of 47cdb9f3. On the same screen, I was told that I could get an “Instant Unban” only by paying ₹99 through UPI. There is no visible customer support or help center option on the page, so I had no official way to appeal this decision, prove my real age, or get any clarification. I consider this ban to be false and unfair because I am not underage and I did not violate any rules that I am aware of. I also find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that I believe is clearly a mistake. I request that you review my account related to Ban ID 47cdb9f3, lift the ban without any payment, and allow me to continue using the service. I also ask you to provide a proper channel for users to contact support and appeal such decisions, so that similar unjust situations do not occur in the future.
