Umingle wrongly banned me despite being 21 years old, requesting account restoration without payment

I have been using the Umingle website and today my account was suddenly banned by mistake. I had simply minimized the screen and gone to drink tea, and when I came back I saw a message saying “You are banned” with the ban reason “Under 18” and a Ban ID shown on the screen. I am 21 years old, so the reason given for the ban is not correct and I am over the legal age. According to the message on the screen, I am also being asked to pay 99 ₹ for an instant unban, which I find unfair because I have not broken the rule they are claiming. I request that my ban be removed without any payment, that my account access be restored as soon as possible, and that the incorrect “under 18” reason attached to my Ban ID be reviewed and corrected.
