Please Remove Ban on Umingle

I have been using the Umingle platform for a long time and I am currently 20 years old. About three months ago, when I tried to access my account from Kerala, I received a message saying that my account was banned with the reason “Under 18” and Ban ID 54ab3ccc. The same screen also offers an “Instant Unban” option for ₹99. I am clearly over 18 and therefore this ban reason is incorrect for me. I find it unfair that I am being blocked from using my account on the basis of an age restriction that does not apply to me, and that I am being asked to pay a fee to remove the ban, even though I meet the age requirement. I kindly request that my age information be reviewed, that the “Under 18” ban with Ban ID 54ab3ccc be removed without any charge, and that my Umingle account be fully reactivated as soon as possible.
