Request To Remove Umingle Ban

I am an 18‑year‑old user from India and my Umingle account was banned this morning with the message stating that I am underage. I have not completed any age verification on the app yet, but I am legally 18 years old. Just before the ban, I was on the app when another user told me to type three random numbers to access his camera. I did this, and immediately afterwards, my account was banned as “under age.” I did not violate any rules knowingly and I believe this action was a misunderstanding or possibly triggered by that user’s request. I request that my account be reviewed and that the ban on my account be lifted, as I am 18 and would like to continue using Umingle in line with the community guidelines. I would appreciate it if you could check my account again and allow me the opportunity to verify my age if needed.
