Umingle Banned Me For No Reason And Now It Charges Me

I have been unfairly banned from Umingle due to an alleged age issue, even though I'm over 18 and was following all the rules on the platform. A few days ago, while I was on video chat and complying with the community guidelines, my session was suddenly interrupted and I received a “You are banned” message stating the reason as “Under 18” along with the Ban ID 288d57a0 and an offer to lift the ban instantly in exchange for a 5.99 € payment. I have not violated any rules and I not underage, so this ban is completely unjustified. I find it especially unacceptable that I asked to pay money to remove a ban that was imposed by mistake. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the age verification error corrected, and my account unbanned immediately without any payment requirement. I also ask to be informed in writing about the reason for this ban and what has been done to prevent such false bans in the future.
