Umingle Gender Searching Issue

I have been banned from Umingle with Ban ID 6e019329 for the stated reason of “Gender Searching.” I would like to clearly state that I did not search or skip people based on gender, and I only used the platform for video chats without speaking. The ban message appeared when I went back to check the site, and I was very surprised because I had been trying to follow the rules. I do not understand why my account was banned and I believe this may be a mistake or a misunderstanding. My request from Umingle is that my account and activity be reviewed in detail and that this ban be removed. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I kindly ask you to inform me clearly so that I can avoid it in the future. I would like to continue using Umingle under the rules, so I am asking for my ban to be lifted after your review.
