Umingle Chat Banned for Gender Searching - Appeal Account Ban

I have been using Umingle Chat and was recently banned from the service. The ban notice stated that the reason was “gender searching”. I was not aware that this was a violation of the platform’s rules, and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation before the ban was applied. I would like my account to be reviewed and the ban on my Umingle Chat access to be lifted. If I have unintentionally violated a rule, I am willing to follow the guidelines going forward and I kindly request that this be treated as a warning rather than a permanent restriction.
