Umingle Appeal For Mistaken IP Ban - Gender Searching

17

I am an active Umingle user on iOS (iPad) and sometimes through the website on my computer. In mid‑June I discovered that my account had been banned with the reason stated as “gender searching.” About two weeks before the ban notice appeared, I had last used Umingle simply to talk to people when I had no one else to chat with and to have meaningful conversations. I do not intentionally violate any community rules, and I strongly believe I did not engage in gender searching or any other misconduct. If the ban was triggered because I skipped some chats, this was only because I was looking for someone with whom I could have a good, respectful conversation, not to filter by gender. Because of this, I believe my ban is a mistake and I am kindly requesting a review of my account and the lifting of this ban. My ban ID from the site is: d510662b. I would also appreciate being informed about the progress and the outcome of this appeal, so I can understand what happened and avoid any similar situation in the future. I am asking for my account to be reinstated and for the “gender searching” ban on my profile to be removed if, after review, it is confirmed that I did not breach the rules.
