Umingle Account Suspended Over an Incorrect Gender Searching Flag

I am writing regarding the ban on my Umingle account on Windows PC, which I noticed around July 8. The stated reason for the ban is “gender searching” but I do not believe my behavior fits this description and I feel the ban is unfair. While using Umingle, I do not search for or target a specific gender or a particular group of people such as only women. I talk to different kinds of users, including men like me and LGBTQ+ users, and often get skipped a lot myself. I do not choose people based on their gender or age; the only times I skip are when the voice or camera quality is very bad. Apart from that, I speak with whoever I am matched with, including people older than me, without trying to filter them by gender. Because of this, I am confused about why I was flagged for gender searching and why my account was banned. My ban ID is: f3ac41ad. I kindly request that you review my account and the decision taken, and permanently remove the ban if possible, as I believe I have been using the platform fairly and within the rules. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the result of your review and, if you still think there is a violation, provide a clear explanation so I can understand what I did wrong and avoid it in the future.
