Umingle Banned My Account for Gender Searching Despite No Dating Intent

39

I am using the Umingle web version and my account was banned on 6 June 2026 with the reason stated as “Gender Searching” under Ban ID dc3699a5. I am writing to appeal this ban and to request that my account be fully unbanned and my access restored. I would like to clarify that I had no intention of violating the community guidelines or using Umingle for dating purposes. Any questions I asked related to gender were asked out of curiosity in the flow of conversation and were not used as a filter, a search criterion, or any form of solicitation. I now fully understand that Umingle is not a dating platform and that questions or searches based on gender are not allowed. I respectfully ask that you review my chat history and reconsider the decision to ban my account. I am committed to strictly following all Umingle rules going forward, including not asking about or searching based on gender in any way. I kindly request that you lift this ban and restore my account access. Thank you for your time and consideration in reviewing my appeal.
