Umingle Banned Me for Gender Preference Without Warning or Explanation

Today I was banned from accessing the Umingle website, even though I did not have an account on the platform and was only using the site normally. When I tried to use the website, I was informed that I was banned for “gender searching”. I prefer to talk to the opposite gender, and I do not understand why this preference led to a ban. I find this situation unacceptable, as I was not informed clearly in advance that this type of use would result in a ban, and I was not given any fair warning or chance to correct my behaviour. I believe this decision is unjust and I feel that I have been unfairly restricted from using the website. I kindly request that my ban from the Umingle website be lifted and that my access be restored. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned so that I can understand the rules and avoid any similar issue in the future.
