Umingle Age Restriction Review Request

Four days ago, my Umingle account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Under 18.” I am using Umingle from Bulgaria and I am currently 14 years old, which is above the minimum age for using many online services here, so I believe this decision is unfair. In the ban message, there is also a Ban ID and an offer to remove the ban instantly for 5.99 €, which makes the situation feel even more unreasonable. I was using Umingle normally and did not receive any clear explanation in advance or any proper opportunity to verify my age in a fair way. Being banned with a simple “Under 18” note, even though I am at an appropriate age for such a platform in my country, has disrupted my access and made me feel discriminated against without a proper review. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that my age be evaluated according to the applicable rules for users in Bulgaria, and that this ban be lifted without asking me to make any additional payment. I would like my access to be restored and the unfair “underage” marking on my profile to be removed.
