Umingle Wrongly Banned Me As Underage, Request Review And Unban
On 29 July 2026 my Umingle account was suddenly banned. I had written “m14” in chat because another person told me to type it and I did not know what it meant at the time. After that, my account was banned with the reason shown as “Under 18”, even though I am 19 years old. In the ban screen it shows a ban ID with the reason “Under 18” and even offers to remove the ban for 79.99 EGP. I believe this ban is a mistake, because I am over 18 and I only wrote “m14” without understanding that it could be interpreted as something related to being underage. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, and that the “Under 18” reason is removed from my record.
