Umingle Incorrectly Banned Me as Under 18

I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Umingle account on the website version a short time ago. I was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “under 18,” and the ban screen is now asking me to pay 79.99 GBP to remove it. This ban was applied because I mistakenly entered “m14,” but I am actually 19 years old and therefore over the minimum age limit. I find it unfair that my account has been banned based on this mistake and that I am being asked for a payment to lift the ban. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment being requested and that my age information be corrected to reflect that I am 19 years old.
