Restore My Umingle Account

I am writing regarding the sudden and, in my opinion, unreasonable ban placed on my umingle.com account. When I tried to use the platform today, I was confronted with a screen stating that my account is banned on the assumption that I am under 18 years old, which is not true for me. I can no longer access my account and only see this ban message when I try to log in. The ban was applied without any proper review or verification, and I was not given any opportunity to clarify my age or submit any proof. My account is registered with the email address ravagoa***[email protected]. In the ban screen, it is stated that the reason for the ban is “Under 18” and a Ban ID is shown, but there is no clear and fair process for users like me who actually meet the age requirement to prove their age and have their account re-evaluated. I kindly request that my account be reviewed carefully and that I be given a clear opportunity to confirm my age by submitting the necessary identification documents if required. I expect the unjust ban on my account to be lifted as soon as possible after this review, as I meet the age requirement for using the platform and have not intentionally violated the rules.
