Wrong Ban On Umingle

I recently tried to use the Umingle website and discovered that my account was banned immediately, even though I am 22 years old. On the screen it says that I am banned for being “under 18” and shows a ban reason as “Under 18” with an option for “Instant Unban $9.99 USD”. I opened the site and found my account blocked on the same day, and I have not been able to access it since then. I have not contacted Umingle support yet, but I am writing here because the ban reason is clearly incorrect given my age, and I do not think it is fair to be asked to pay to remove a ban that is based on a wrong assumption. I am 22 years old and over the legal age limit, so I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban be lifted without any payment requirement, and that my access to the Umingle website be restored.
