Umingle “You Are Banned” Message
I recently discovered that my Umingle account was banned while I was simply chatting with a stranger. When I tried to use the application, a screen appeared stating “You are banned” with a Ban ID and “Reason: Gender Searching” and it offered to remove the ban only if I paid 9.99 USD by credit card. I do not accept that my account is banned under this condition and that the only option shown to me is to make a payment. I want my account to be unbanned without any payment and for this ban to be reviewed fairly based on my real usage and chat content. I also request that any automatic banning and pay-to-unban practices that unjustly affect users be examined and corrected.
