Unban My Umingle Account

I have been using Umingle and a few minutes ago my account was suddenly banned while I was using the gender search feature. The screen now shows a “You are banned” message stating that my account was banned due to gender searching, and it also displays a Ban ID with a payment screen asking for 9.99 USD through Google Pay, PayPal or credit card to unban the account. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about what I did wrong or which rule I supposedly violated while using gender search. I find it very worrying that access to my account is completely blocked and a payment is requested in order to remove the ban, instead of offering a transparent review process. I request that my account be re‑checked without forcing any payment, that the ban be lifted if there is no clear violation of the rules, and that I be given a clear written explanation about the reason for this ban and how I can safely continue using the application without facing this problem again.
