Got Banned Unfairly - Umingle

I am using Umingle on my Android phone and my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Gender Searching.” The ban screen shows “You are banned” with Ban ID a1f092e9 and offers an instant unban option for $9.99 through various payment methods. Just before the ban, I was having what I consider a normal conversation. We were only talking about life in general, and the other person asked me about my age and where I study. I did not search for anyone by gender or ask about gender in any way, so I do not understand why this was interpreted as “Gender Searching.” I could not find any accessible support channel in the app or on the website to object to this situation, so I am writing here. I request that you review my Ban ID a1f092e9 and the chat in question, remove this unfair ban from my account, and allow me to continue using Umingle without having to pay $9.99 for an instant unban.
