Umingle Banned My Account for Gender Searching – Request Reactivation

I have been unfairly banned from my Umingle account on July 16th while using the app on my iPhone. The app stated that I was banned for “Gender Searching”, even though I never mentioned gender or searched based on gender in any way. Right after the ban, I was shown a screen that says my account was blocked for “Gender Searching” and that I need to pay 9.99 USD to remove the ban. I find it unacceptable to be banned without clear evidence and then be asked to pay money to recover my account. I request that my ban be lifted without any payment, that my account be fully restored, and that the “Gender Searching” accusation be removed from my record. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned and for this situation to be reviewed so that similar unfair bans do not happen again.
