Umingle banned my account for gender search and demands $9.99 to unban it

I have been using the Umingle website and I was recently banned for using the gender search feature. I genuinely did not know that gender searching was not allowed on the platform and I did not receive any clear prior warning explaining that this behavior could lead to a ban. The ban occurred two days ago while I was using the website. Now when I try to access my account, I see a message stating that my account is banned and that I need to pay 9.99 USD for it to be unbanned. My Umingle account is registered with the email address e*****@gmail.com. I understand that I may have violated a rule unknowingly, and I am willing to fully respect the platform rules from now on. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without requiring a payment and that this situation be treated as a warning instead. I will not use gender searching again if I am given another chance to use my account.
