Request For The Unban Of My Umingle Account

A few hours ago I was suddenly banned from the Umingle site. On the screen it says “You are banned” with Ban ID: 5173cf56 and the stated reason is “Gender Searching”. Along with this, a 9.99 USD payment option is shown to remove the ban. I find it unfair and unreasonable that my access to the platform is completely blocked and that I am being asked to pay money to have the ban removed. I would like my account and the ban decision to be reviewed in detail, the ban to be lifted without any payment requested from me, and my access to the site to be restored.
