Umingle Under 18 Ban Appeal – Request Free Account Unban

I am a 20‑year‑old female Umingle user and my account was suddenly banned three days ago. On the screen it says that I am banned for “Under 18” and it shows a Ban ID with an option to pay Rp39,900 for an “Instant Unban”. I did not violate the rules intentionally and I suspect the ban happened because I accidentally typed “m15”, even though I am a woman and I am 20 years old. I find it unfair that my account is blocked as if I were underage and that I am being asked to pay in order to remove the ban. I request that my ban be removed without any payment, that my age information be corrected according to my real age, and that I can continue to use my Umingle account normally. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this decision was taken and for this situation not to be repeated.
