Wrongfully banned on Umingle as Under 18 and asked to pay for unban — complaint about incorrect ban
I have a standard Umingle account that was suddenly banned two days ago with ban ID f957b6e6. When I try to log in, a pop‑up appears saying “You are banned”, showing the ban ID f957b6e6 and stating the reason as “Under 18”, which is not correct in my case. On the same screen, Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option for 39.900 Rp together with a credit card payment form. In other words, I am being asked to make a payment in order to remove a ban that I believe is a mistake, based on an incorrect assumption that I am under 18. I have not yet contacted Umingle support directly, but I am reaching out here because I find it unacceptable that access to my account is blocked and that I am asked to pay to fix an error that I did not cause. I request that my account be reviewed, my age status be checked correctly, and that my account be unbanned immediately without any payment.
