Umingle Banned Me After Typing “m15” and Wants Payment to Unban

I have been using the Umingle website from Indonesia without being logged into an account, and on 30 June 2026 my access was suddenly banned after another user told me to type the phrase “m15”. Immediately after I sent that text, a pop-up appeared stating that I was “permanently banned” and offering an “instant unbanned” option for Rp 19,999. I am 20 years old and clearly above 18, so the ban appears to be based on a misunderstanding or on abuse by another user who tricked me into typing something that triggered the system. I have no intention of violating the rules and I only typed “m15” because another user told me to do so. I would like Umingle to review this situation and lift the ban without requiring any payment, as I am over 18 and did not try to pretend otherwise. I am ready to verify my age in any reasonable way if needed so that I can continue using the service normally.
