Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Account – Request Free Reactivation

I am writing about my Umingle normal user account, which was suddenly banned tonight. During a chat, another user tricked me and told me to type “M15”. I did not know that this would be treated as an “under 18” statement or a violation. After I typed it, my account was immediately banned with a message saying that I am “Under 18” and offering a “Pay to Unban” option for Rp39,900. I am actually over 18 and I have never given false age information on purpose. I was simply pranked by another user and had no intention of breaking the rules or pretending to be underage. I also do not have any paid subscription or purchases on this account. I kindly request that you review my ban, remove the “under 18” restriction from my account and reactivate my Umingle profile without asking for payment, so that I can access my account and use Umingle again as normal.
